1. Order Cancellation Overview

We understand plans change. You may cancel your order, but the cancellation conditions depend on the order status at the time of your request.

Quick Tip: Cancel as early as possible for the best outcome. Orders cancelled before processing receive full refunds.

2. Cancellation by Order Status

PENDING

Free Cancellation

Order not yet processed. Cancel anytime for a full refund within 24-48 hours.

CONFIRMED

Free Cancellation

Order confirmed but not yet prepared. Cancel within 2 hours of confirmation for full refund.

PROCESSING

Partial Refund

Order being prepared. Cancellation may result in a 10% processing fee deduction.

PACKED

Partial Refund

Order packed and ready. Cancellation incurs a 15% handling fee.

SHIPPED

Cannot Cancel

Order already dispatched. Please reject delivery or initiate a return after receiving.

DELIVERED

Return Process

Cancellation not possible. Please see our Return Policy.

3. How to Cancel Your Order

Check your order status in "My Orders" section
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your Order ID
Request cancellation and provide reason (optional)
Our team will confirm cancellation eligibility
If approved, refund will be processed within 3-5 business days

Important: For fastest processing, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

4. Automatic Cancellation

AtFactoryPrice reserves the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

Payment Failure: Payment not received within 24 hours (for non-COD orders)
Out of Stock: Product becomes unavailable after ordering
Pricing Error: Obvious pricing mistakes on website
Verification Issues: Unable to verify payment or delivery details
Suspected Fraud: Unusual activity detected on account

In all automatic cancellation cases, you will receive a full refund if any payment was made.

5. Partial Order Cancellation

If your order contains multiple items:

You may cancel specific items before the order is shipped
Cancelled item amount will be refunded
Shipping charge adjustment may apply if minimum order threshold is affected

6. Custom Orders

For custom-made or specially ordered products:

No Cancellation: Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. A 50% deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is requested before production.

7. Refund Processing

After successful cancellation:

Refund will be processed to original payment method
Processing takes 3-5 business days
Bank reflection may take additional 2-5 days
You will receive confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS
