Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

At AtFactoryPrice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return items within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• All tags and labels must be intact
• Fabric must not be cut, washed, or altered in any way
• Original receipt or order confirmation must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or specially ordered products
• Cut fabric (sold by the yard/meter)
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "No Returns"
• Intimate apparel and undergarments
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
4. Pack the item securely in original packaging
5. Ship the item to the address provided or arrange pickup (Lagos only)

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

• Wrong item was delivered
• Item arrived damaged or defective
• Item significantly differs from product description

For Lagos customers, we may arrange free pickup for qualifying returns.

5. Inspection & Processing

Once we receive your return:

• Items will be inspected within 2-3 business days
• You will be notified of approval or rejection via WhatsApp/email
• Approved returns will be processed for refund or exchange

6. Exchange Option

Instead of a refund, you may request an exchange for:

• Different size (garments)
• Different color (if available)
• Different product of equal or greater value (pay difference)
