1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed for approved returns that meet our Return Policy conditions. You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Your return request has been approved
  • The item has been received and inspected by our team
  • The item meets all return conditions (unused, original packaging, tags intact)

2. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

3. Refund Amount

The refund amount depends on the reason for return:

  • Our Error (wrong item, defective): Full refund including original shipping
  • Change of Mind: Product price minus 10% restocking fee
  • Size Exchange Not Available: Full product price refund

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:

  • Item shows signs of use or wear
  • Item is returned without original packaging
  • Tags or labels are missing
  • Item is returned after the 7-day window (case-by-case basis)

5. Refund Timeline

Here's what to expect after initiating a return:

  1. Day 1-3: Item received and inspected
  2. Day 4: Refund approval notification sent
  3. Day 5-10: Refund processed to your account

Bank Processing: Please allow additional 2-5 business days for your bank to reflect the refund, depending on your bank's policies.

6. Store Credit Option

Instead of a cash refund, you may opt for store credit which offers:

  • Instant processing (1-2 business days)
  • Full product value (no restocking fee)
  • Valid for 12 months from issue date
  • Usable on any product including sale items

Bonus: Store credit customers receive a 5% bonus on their credit amount!

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Cut fabric (by yard/meter)
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards and store credits
  • Delivery charges (for change-of-mind returns)
